What we collect, and what we do not

Who is responsible

PSDreams is run by one person. Write to hello@psdreams.com about anything on this page, including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold.

The contact form

The form on the contact page collects the name, the email address and the message you type. The message is delivered as email to the mailbox behind hello@psdreams.com, and your address travels in theReply-To header so a reply reaches you. The recipient is fixed in the worker's configuration and cannot be chosen from outside, so the form is not a way to send mail through this site to anyone else.

The basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us, and, for a takedown or attribution request, in dealing with a claim about a file we publish. We keep the correspondence for 24 months.

Your IP address

We do not store your IP address. The contact form and the download path both need to count requests per sender, so the address is combined with a secret salt and hashed (SHA-256), and only the hash is stored. An IPv6 address is reduced to its /64 prefix before hashing, because that is the size of the block a network hands to one visitor. A hash cannot be read back into an address, and rotating the salt makes every stored hash meaningless.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare runs the whole site. It serves the pages, stores the catalog and the files, and carries the contact form's email through Cloudflare Email Routing to the mailbox behind the address above.

Visits are counted by Umami, which we run ourselves rather than hand to an analytics company. Your browser sends the page address, the page title, the page you came from, your screen size and your browser language to px.psdreams.com. The instance behind it runs on Railway.

That script stores nothing on your device. No cookies, and nothing in local storage, so there is no identifier on your machine for anyone to read later. As with every request on the web it carries your IP address, which Umami turns into a country and a visitor hash that changes daily, and does not keep in its raw form.

Most of the site carries advertising from Google AdSense, which sets its own cookies and identifiers under Google's terms.

What you can ask for

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us holding it. Write to hello@psdreams.com. If you think we are handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
